When initiating a return, you can access a prepaid shipping label or instructions to a drop off location. To qualify for a return, the product must be in new condition, packaging intact, clean and free of dog hair. All refunds are subject to inspection.

Returns at Return Bar drop-off sites are free. If you require a mail-in label the label fee will be deducted from your refund.  First exchanges on merchandise are free of charge, simply select the new size you require via the Return Bear site.  If you require a second exchange or a refund after an exchange, please contact customer service for assistance at [email protected] or via the Chat on our U.S. site.
