We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase. All returns will be checked for their condition upon receipt and are subject to charges if they do not meet return requirements. For all returns within Canada, go to REDO to get started.
If you need help with figuring out the right sizing for your dog or with any return or exchange orders please contact [email protected] to assist. Please also refer to our other Help Centre articles with more details about sizing and measuring your dog properly before placing your exchange order.
Please take extra care when trying on shoes, wear them on a clean indoor surface, and avoid wearing them outdoors until you’ve decided that they are right for your dog.
RETURN FEES AND POLICIES:
· Opt into Checkout+ for $4CAD when placing your order for Free Returns Protection. By opting in, there will be no additional fees for refunds or up to two exchange orders. Checkout+ cannot be added after an order has been placed
· If you do not opt in, there is a flat discounted rate of $11CAD shipping fee for returns dropped at a Return Bar location. Mail-in returns will be charged the cost of the shipping label. Exchanges that are dropped at a Return Bar location will be free (up to two exchanges per order), exchanges that require a mail-in label will be charged the cost of the shipping label.
· Wagwear does not refund original shipping costs
· All returns will be checked for their condition upon receipt and are subject to charges if they do not meet return requirements
· Products marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds, please contact customer service for an exchange if the size needs to be adjusted
· All orders are eligible for up to two exchanges via Redo, if you require additional exchanges or a refund beyond this, please contact customer service for assistance at [email protected] or via the Chat on our U.S. site.
· Unless otherwise authorized, all returns should go through Redo, they should not be sent to a return address on the order you received. Returns that are sent to other addresses may result in loss and/or lack of refund.
EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:
· You may exchange for the same item in a different size or color easily, in the Redo portal simply select the reason for the exchange and then exchange for something similar. Choose your new color and/or size and follow the prompts to complete the return.
· For exchanges other than a change in size or color of your original purchase, click on "Return Item or Shop for Something New" and:

You will be taken to our site where you can select new items to go into your shopping cart
Once you are done adding new items to your exchange, click "checkout" in the shopping cart
Choose a return shipping method for the original purchase (Return Bar or Shipping Label)
Select either "Instant Exchange" or "Send My Exchange After I Return." Instant exchange will allow you to receive your new product as soon as your original order is scanned to return. All other exchanges will be shipped after the original item is received back. All exchange items must be in unworn condition to avoid additional charges.
